Ricky founded res mktg in the fall of 2016 to help emerging companies, primarily in the Sustainable Food and AgTech spaces, optimize their online strategy and customer acquisition efforts. Prior to this, Ricky worked at Red Ventures for more than four years, starting as a Paid Search Marketing analyst and later helping to manage Sales Operations efforts for a large telecom partner. In March of 2015, Ricky moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil, to help launch RV's first international operations as their Manager of Marketing Analytics. Over the course of the next 18 months, Ricky played a pivotal role in the operation's growth from 3 to 20 employees, constructing a team of new analysts & developers in charge of all Paid Marketing & Sales Operations efforts for two newly-launched Brazilian partners.
Ricky is also the co-founder of AgTech X, which is seeking to grow the good food movement by recruiting more talent into the AgTech space.
